The Estates combine ecology, architecture and community to help your family to thrive and enjoy a holiday surrounded by nature. Silverlake is a luxury private estate nestled in an extensive nature reserve, near to the coast in West Dorset. Opportunity for adventure abounds with a heated infinity pool, a private spa, gym, roof bar, water sports, a private beach, cycling trails, woodland walks, tennis, table tennis and forest playgrounds available on site. Elegantly poised at the edge of the lake, White Nothe encapsulates a perfect escape to the Dorset coast. With sweeping views of the surrounding lakes, this contemporary holiday home provides a taste of luxury, with nature at your fingertips. Internally, the property boasts light filled rooms and expansive accommodation sleeping 12 guests. Wakeling Island is a recent addition to Silverlake and Habitat Escapes! As such, there are still properties and areas of the island and wider estate that are undergoing elements of construction, so whilst this property is fully completed, you will see construction, machinery and workers on or around the island between 0730 and 1800, Monday to Friday and 0800 to 1300, Saturday. Please do abide by any signage relating to construction areas. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to get in touch with a member of the Habitat Escapes Team. White Nothe boasts a modern, open-plan kitchen with impressive island and large dining table for all the family. The living area offers a comfortable space to unwind beside the fire. The ground floor further benefits from porch, utility and shower room, perfect areas to store your walking boots and clean muddy paws. Upstairs lies a hidden jewel, a purpose built games room offering; pool table, TV with access to all major on-demand services and a wealth of games and toys to keep the whole family entertained. A large balcony extends from the games room showcasing the impressive lakeside views. The exterior of the property has parking for several cars and a large rear decking area with private lake access. Please note this property allows a maximum of 2 dogs.
