    Nice large house, comfortable for the family. It was clean. We left some clothes by accident and they kindly sorted out the delivery to return it all to us which was fantastic, can't thank them enough for that.

Relax with family, friends or colleagues in our bright spacious home located in a quiet popular neighbourhood. Spread across 3 floors, there are 5 double bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, open plan kitchen-diner, lounge with huge TV, study & private garden. Perfect location for Bicester Village, just a 10 minute walk away with Oxford centre and Blenheim Palace only 30 minutes by car or bus. There are also shops & restaurants just a few minutes walk away. PLEAST NOTE while the bedrooms comfortably sleep 10 guests, there is only seating downstairs for 8 guests. Sorry, no pets allowed. GROUND FLOOR: Bright & airy living room with comfy seating for 8, huge Smart TV and French doors leading out into the back garden. Open plan kitchen-diner: fully equipped kitchen including large gas hob & 2 full-size ovens, dishwasher, fridge freezer and microwave with French doors leading out to the garden. Separate dining area seats 8. There are 4 dining chairs at the table, an additional 4 spare chairs can be found in the study. Utility room with washing machine + tumble dryer Study with office desk + chair Downstairs WC FIRST FLOOR: Master bedroom with dual aspect views, king-size bed, TV, huge built-in wardrobes and ensuite bathroom with separate bath & walk-in shower. 2nd & 3rd bedrooms offer a double bed with hanging and shelf storage. 4th bedroom features 2 x single beds with storage. All 4 bedrooms on the first floor are serviced by a family bathroom with separate bath and shower enclosure. SECOND FLOOR: Spacious 5th bedroom fills most of the top floor with Velux windows both sides, king-size bed and storage space. There is a separate shower room with WC for your convenience. OUTSIDE: Beautifully landscaped rear garden with olive & apple trees and a large covered pagoda. There is also a foldout table with seating for 8. Parking directly outside the double garage for 2 cars plus ample visitors parking at the front of the property in the middle of the road.

The property is located in the new popular Kingsmere community area of Bicester. There is a Co-op Local and fish & chip shop just a 4 minute walk away and Bicester Shopping Park is a few minutes further where you will find an M&S Foodhall, Boots, Next, Costa Coffee, Chinese restaurant & takeaway and Pure Gym. Beyond the Shopping Park is a large Tesco Extra & McDonald's and only a 10 minute walk away is Bicester Village Designer Outlet. Bicester town centre is about 1.5 miles away where you can find ample pubs, restaurants, shops and Vue Cinema. Conveniently located just 5 minutes from the M40, Oxford centre and Blenheim Palace is only 30 minutes away by car or bus.
