Linen, towels, essential toiletries, a hair dryer and an iron are all included. HEATING: The property has a Radiator in each room and is heated via the boiler in the bathroom. The heating is automatic and will come on and off at certain times of the day. HOUSE RULES: - Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 11am. - Smoking is not allowed indoors - ashtrays are provided in the yard. - Pets are very welcome at the property. TRANSPORT & AMENITIES The property is situated in the village of New Hartley, there are bus stops nearby. The house is 2.3 miles from the beautiful village of Seaton Sluice with the most amazing Fish and Chip Restaurant, 4 pubs, a wonderful unspoiled beach and sand dunes.
