Wilderness Wagon is a beautifully styled bow top gypsy wagon set in a secluded corner of a private garden in Lindfield Rural, West Sussex. Guests enjoy a peaceful, gated space with stunning views over the adjoining wild field—ideal for a countryside escape.
The wagon sleeps two and includes tea and coffee making facilities, cooking equipment, a small fridge, and an induction hob. Guests are encouraged to cook in the outdoor covered kitchenette area next to the wagon, which also includes a BBQ and firepit for alfresco dining.
Bathroom facilities are located in a nearby shack, including a private shower and compost toilet. The wagon itself has heating for cooler months, plenty of plug sockets, and board games for cosy evenings. There is no TV, and the Wi-Fi signal is limited—perfect for a digital detox, though guests are welcome to come closer to the house for a stronger connection if needed.
Well-behaved small dogs are welcome by prior arrangement (ideally one per stay). Guests receive a local guide before arrival with recommendations for walks, pubs, and days out.
