Windermere Marina Village is a private family owned holiday resort and marina just a 15 minute lakeside walk from Bowness on Windermere. Our friendly reception team are available 7 days a week between 9am and 5.30pm to assist with any queries you may have about your property or area whilst staying with us.

Windermere Apartment 44 is a second floor bright and modern apartment for up to 4 people. This one bedroom property is a great option for couples or families who don’t need a separate second bedroom. The large living area features a ‘one wall’ kitchen with electric hob and oven, microwave and dishwasher. The dining area seats 4 and pull down bed which folds away when not in use. The bedroom has the option of a superking or twin beds and features a coneecting door to the bathroom with bath, over head shower, sink and WC - there's also a door to the bathroom from the hallway. There are great views across the marina from the large private balcony, which also has a dining table and chairs to enjoy drinks or dining whilst watching the sun set with the lake district fells in the distance. The Boathouse Bar and Restaurant is only a minutes walk away and is open daily for meals, drinks and snacks.
