Woodpeckers is a private annexe connected to our house, featuring its own entrance and a private patio area equipped with a charcoal barbecue.
The annexe includes a fully fitted kitchen with a dishwasher, electric oven, fridge with a small freezer, kettle, and microwave. For your convenience, we provide tea and coffee.
In the lounge, you will find a 40-inch smart TV and a comfortable sofa that can be converted into a sofa bed if needed.
The bedroom boasts a king-size zip-link bed that can be separated into two single beds upon request.
For your comfort, we provide dressing gowns along with complimentary soaps and shampoo. The hot tub is available year-round, while the pool is open from May to mid-September.
Please note the following:
* As the annexe is attached to our house, some general family and puppy noise may be heard.
* The property is situated next to the road, so some general traffic noise may be heard.
Welcome to Woodpeckers! I’m Debbie, and along with my co-host Brian, we’re thrilled to have you here. We’ve been living in Ferndale for 15 wonderful years, and we absolutely love spending time in our garden. I enjoy pottering around in the vegetable patch and caring for my delightful rescue hens, who have become part of our family. And you can't miss our new puppy, Dougie—he’s full of energy and loves to play in the garden! You’ll likely see (and hear!) him as we head out for walks in the beautiful local countryside.
We can't wait to welcome you to our annexes! You’ll see us around from time to time, but don’t worry—Woodpeckers and The Squirrels each have their own private entrance, parking, and patio area for your enjoyment.
We hope you have a fantastic stay!
Warm regards,
Debbie
P.S. We've got a keysafe for your convenience!
