The living areas in the detached bungalow consist of the kitchen with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, a utility with a washing machine, dishwasher, a conservatory/dining room with seating for six people, a sitting room with a Smart TV, sound system, double-sided woodburning stove, and a snug with a double-sided woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with a TV, double and a twin, along with a shower room and a cloakroom. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with patio, lawn, furniture and a fish pond, along with off-road parking for three cars. Within 1.7 miles, you will find a shop, and within 1.1, a pub. Please be aware that this is a pet-free and smoke-free dwelling. WiFi, fuel, power, a starter pack for the stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A fantastic break awaits at Woodview. Note: This property rests on a main road, please consider this when booking. Note: There is a fenced pond and a step up in the garden, please take care.
