Lanreath is a friendly rural village 6 miles from Looe , Polperro or the Bodinnick ferry to Fowey.
There are many other places to visit in the area including Bodmin Jail, Charlestown, The Lost Gardens of Heligan, Restormel Castle and the Eden project is just 17 miles away.
There are plenty of beaches to choose from and many good walking routes.
Lanreath has a small shop and Post office that opens in the morning.
The Tipsy Cow in Lanreath is the local bar and has occasional entertainment.
Stephen and I have recently moved to Cornwall after falling in love with the area. We chose Lanreath as it is a pretty village that has easy access to many attractions and beaches.
We thought we would see less of our family when we moved but to the contrary they can’t keep away and now love the area as much as we do.
