Conveniently located fifteen (15) minutes from the city and in close proximity to public transport, supermarket, churches and additional amenities, makes this an ideal vacation stay. The property is securely fenced and is monitored by security cameras.

The villa is located in the tranquil parish of St. David and is uniquely situated along multiple routes to the city of St. George. The neighbors are friendly but unobtrusive. The neighborhood is quiet and safe while providing gorgeous sea views and mountainous panoramas.
