Property information

Brand new apartments first line of the Black Sea. The beach, embankment and green park are exactly a 4-minute walk away. There is a 24/7 supermarket in our house on the ground floor, public transport stops near the house. The apartments are equipped with new equipment: air conditioning, refrigerator, washing machine, TV, microwave, kettle, stove. The apartment has central heating - radiators and a heated towel rail. The balconies have furniture: tables, chairs.

Neighbourhood information

our area is new in Batumi (there are new beautiful houses around, there are no old 2-story houses and 5-story buildings of the Soviet style), a huge Park named after Lech and Maria Kaczynski is located within a 1-minute walk - this is one of the most beautiful places in the city of Batumi. Located right on the Black Sea coast in the new part of the city. Near the Metrocity shopping mall, cafes, restaurants, cinemas, brand stores. There are jogging paths, scooter and bicycle rentals nearby. The park has a huge number of places for leisure for children and adults, lawns for yoga, fitness, and sports equipment. children's playgrounds, beach, spotting area nearby! Sunsets for selfies, the best locations are also here!!
