The 170-guest room hotel is built in the historical centre of Tbilisi, Avlabari, in the surrounding area of Ketevan Tsamebuli Street and Bochorma Street, that have a mesmerizing view over touristic district- Old Tbilisi. The location of the hotel and cozy environment will be attractive not only for tourists, but also for business meetings. Together with “Hampton By Hilton“ the company builds 22 floor apartment building BLOX Avlabari, which is a very profitable investment for the buyers due to its design and safe environment. An experienced team of MUA - Architecture & Placemaking worked on the project.
