Keeping in mind all above-said our beautiful and bright home is perfect choice for friends, groups or families.Our Apartment is newly renovated, equipped and furnished to ensure best comfort for our guests: space has Air Conditioning. The kitchen is equipped with great utensils for cooking. We believe that one of the fascinating features of the Apartment, which can easily accommodate 4 persons, is its location. The Apartment has everything you need for a pleasant stay in Tbilisi. The Apartment has a: Bedroom: We can either arrange a King Double or two twin bedding for you based on your preference. Neighbourhood information

Botanical 21 is located on the road leading to the XVII century Botanical Garden and VII century fortress and it is right next to ancient Juma Mosque. Our street is on a private VIP road which is closed and only locals can park there. It is a quiet place without traffic rush and noise and anytime you can enjoy amazing sites sitting in the private courtyard, sipping wine and enjoying quiet and peaceful evenings in charming old town ambiance.
