The property is located in the oldest region of the city. Most of the historic places and highlights of the city is located very closely which makes this property strategically very good. Around the building there are all the needed services: 24/7 supermarkets, pharmacies, banks and so on. There are also security cameras in the entrance and there are smart locks on the door of the apartments itself. There is also traditional Georgian restaurant in front of the building. Please note that the apartment is on the 6th floor and the elevator goes to the 5th floor.

There is a bus stop opposite xthe building, from where you can get to any place in Tbilisi. Neighborhood is perfect, very convenient and comfortable.
