オーナーは流暢な英語を話すのでコミュニケーションは容易で、チェックイン前のコミュニケーションからゲストを気にかけてくれるオーナーだった。
また、Svaneti地域の伝統的な村の雰囲気が残るロケーションも良かった（村は観光客相手のゲストハウスが大部分を占めてはいた）。」
