Cottage with new fully equipped apartments each 54 m2 with a separate entrance 300 m from the sea. In summer, the coolness is maintained thanks to fir trees from the east and spreading eucalyptus trees from the south. Коттедж с новыми полностью оборудованными всем необходимым апартаментами каждый 54 м2 с отдельным входом в 300 м от моря. Летом сохраняется прохлада благодаря елям с востока и раскидистым эвкалиптам с юга.
Beaches with healing magnetic sand, where people go to treat diseases of the musculoskeletal system. A gentle and comfortable sandy entrance to the sea for children. Restaurants, cafes, shops are 200 m away. Batumi Airport is 60 km away. Пляжи с целебным магнетитным песком, куда едут лечить заболевания опорно-двигательного аппарата.
