Property information

GAD apartments is a secured and quiet place to spend time with friends and family. Because we prioritise security, the property is protected by solid walls with electric fence on top of the wall which triggers the alarm when intruders tamper with it. It is also surrounded by 8 Cctv cameras and 24 hour security man on site for added security.We also have a 7 seater Ford Explorer on site which is used to drop guests to and from the Kumasi airport for free. Guests are also welcomed into the property at our private bar where they are treated to drinks of their choice for free.

Neighbourhood information

The property is not far from the owabi natural forest reserve with a beautiful walking pathway along the forest which gives a refreshing encounter when you go for a walk
