Only 4 km from the beach, each villa offers fast 80mbps+ Wi-Fi, a private pool, Bluetooth speakers, a ping pong table, and a fully equipped BBQ area. Perfect for couples, families with small children, and elderly guests with limited mobility. Just a 10-minute drive to the shops, restaurants, and bars in Rethymno’s Old Town. The pool heating is available for an additional daily fee with a 4 night minimum charge. Child friendly amenities include: complimentary baby cot & highchair, shallow river from the pool which can include separator child gate, playground & landscaped outdoor area. Elderly groups with limited walking abilities will find the villa comfortable as the one floor includes step free entrance and patio doors, walk-in showers and pool. Holidays at Physis villas can be very relaxing as the cafes, tavernas, and mini market are all within walking distance. Excellent area for walks, bike rides or simply enjoying the outdoors of the villa. The villa is a short 10 min car ride to the shopping, restaurants & bars in the Old Town of Rethymno. The villa is located in Pigi village and its location gives you the advantage to reach all necessary daily amenities on foot. In the village one may find a few taverns, super market, bakery, butcher, traditional cafe, as well as a pharmacy. A large playground, basketball and football courts are available in the village, very close to the Villa. Furthermore, the picturesque old town just 10 minutes away by car or the bus.
