The villa is 200m from Almyros beach - a lovely sandy beach, along which you can walk to Acharavi beach in one direction or to some local restaurants and beach bars in the other direction. The property contains three double bedrooms with double doors opening onto the patio from each. A kitchen/diner, with dining table, chairs for 6 people and a sofa. A bathroom with a shower + WC. A second bathroom with a shower + WC is connected to garage, the washing machine and dryer are also contained in this space. The garden is mature, containing both olive and citrus trees, with many shady areas to relax with a book or a glass of wine. There is an outdoor seating area with L-shaped sofa and coffee table. There is also an outdoor table tennis table for guest use. There is a BBQ for outdoor cooking and a selection of tables, chairs and sunbeds for eating at or relaxing.
The property is located behind Restia Suites Hotel, as you travel from the beach. There is a good selection of restaurants nearby.
