The villa has contemporary architecture with all the modern amenities. The 350 m2 villa is surrounded by a beautiful yard of 4,600 m2 with grass, olive and fruit trees and flowers. From the verandas of the house you can enjoy the view of the sea and the unique cretan nature. ​The indoor of the Villa is cozy and sunlit. The entrance opens to an open concept sitting area, dining area and kitchen. The dining set is placed next to the french doors and you feel like you sit outside. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms are also found on this floor. Two more double bedrooms, one twin bedroom and a bathroom are found at the first floor. ​The outdoor area of the villa is huge, there is a lowed area in front of the villa, an area covered with olive trees, a big veranda and the paved pool area. Around the pool there are sun loungers and parasols, garden sets and a bar. At a covered area next to the pool there is a barbecue and one more outdoor set.
