The apartment is placed in well maintained and peaceful building with a private walled yard. It is located 900 meters from Ioannina high street and 1300 meters from Mavili square in the front lake.
Panos is DipWSET MSc Chemist Oenologist and his wife Kristy is paediatrician. They are running the boutique winery JIMA and BELAIR aesthetics center.
The neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful. Opposite of the main entrance you can find an excellent bakery and in 5min walk there are, butcher shop and supermarket.
