Brand new cozy serene two-bedroom apartment in a 5min walking distance from Hanioti village centre. The sandy beach is accessible through a gated private garden pathway, with external shower facilities. One bedroom has a double bed, the other bedroom has three single beds. It offers air conditioning, iron, ironing board, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, fully equipped kitchen. Free WiFi and TV. The apartment is located on the first floor, with a designated parking space below. Supermarkets, restaurants and beach bars all in close vicinity.Please note that you are renting a private property with no staff. You need to buy related products yourself, such as shampoos, trash bags and toilet paper. We provide a minimum set for check-in. It is necessary to discuss check-in details in advance, as there is no reception. Cleaning services and linen change are available at an additional cost.
