The complex of Ageras Santa Marina is located on the island of Lefkada in the homonymous locality at a farm located 1500 meters from the town of Lefkada and just 200 meters from the beach of Agios Ioannis, one of the best beaches in the western part of the island repeatedly awarded with blue flag. The farm was used for 100 years by the family of the owner for farming and animal husbandry. The apartments (studios and maisonettes) were constructed using innovative materials (unique stone technique in Greece) with the aim of combining the beauty of the traditional, with the modern functionality and functioned for the first time in the summer of 2010.Because of its location, on the edge of an olive grove and very near the sea, it becomes particularly felt every time the wind blows. In old times they used the wind and its direction to anticipate the changes in the weather. Because in the summer the air offers a sweet caress of coolness in the area, and due to the location where we are, we named the complex Ageras Santa Marina.

The neighbourhood is suitable for those you wish to be near to the town of Lefkada but also in the peaceful place! It is near to the beach of Agios Ioannis which is well known as one of the most preferable beaches in the world for kiters & watersports lovers. Near to our complex, you can find mini markets, cafes and restaurants.
