Hi, I'm Iason! I love this birthplace of my mother and my grandparents. I love its special nature and the sea. I'm keen of playing water polo, serfing in Crete and in other places, cycling, reading books, listening to rock and jazz music, watching good movies, swimming, sailing, hiking, doing meditation, travelling, making new friends. My brother Kimon and I own the ALOE-LOTUS villas company through which we aim to share our deep love for the Rethymnon area with our guests.

Property information

ALOE and LOTUS villas are two absolutely separate luxurious villas with their own private entrance, pool and garden each of them. No words can describe the unique healthy micro-climate and the pleasant atmosphere in villas LOTUS and ALOE. Each villa of them has 3 bedrooms that sleeps up to 8 persons. The first floor consists of 2 A/C bedrooms, a bathroom and a veranda with pergola and glorious views of the North Cretan Sea and the White Mountains and on the ground floor there are a 3rd bedroom, the spacious living room and the open plan kitchen.

Neighbourhood information

ALOE and LOTUS villas are located in the end of Prines village, on the top of the area, in a very beautiful and quiet neighborhood with other nice villas, only 400 m. from the centre of the village, from the restaurants and the bus station.
