Property information

The Ammoudia Maisonettes building-complex is situated on the north coast of Corfu, in location Almyros, near the small town Acharavi, one of the most picturesque on the island of Corfu. It is located by the sea of Almyros, with the sandy beach, hence its name. The maisonettes has unique character with individual entrance each. Their interior decoration, with a light sea-like character, makes them identical to each other. The Maisonettes are fully equipped with new furniture. The surrounding area of each Maisonette is carefully designed and includes an outdoor living room. The interior of each Maisonette includes the bedrooms with individual bathroom, a kitchen-dining room and a surrounding area. All Maisonettes have a private veranda with amazing view over the Ionian Sea. Α washing machine is available on site. Private Outdoor free Parking. Throughout the building-complex you can connect to the free Wi-Fi, even to the beach, enjoying the sun on the sun loungers and sun umbrellas, that's as free for the customers. The kids can have a great time at our exterior playground under parental or other supervision.

Neighbourhood information

The beach of Almyros meets eastwards the beach of Acharavi and then the beach of Rodα. With a total length of about 3 km, it is one of the longest coasts in the island. Particularly impressive is the large sandy beach, ideal for families. The whole beach is a marine park for children of all ages. On the eastern side is a natural sanctuary with Lake Annioti, which contains many wildlife, a place of great interest for the nature lovers. On the top of the hill, above the lake, is the old monastery of Agia Ekaterini. At the western end of the town of Acharavi is the Folk Museum of North Corfu. The area is bounded to the south by the foothills of Mount Pantokrator, with rare flora and endemic birds of western Greece and the homonymous monastery on its top, as well as the village of Palea Perithia, where one can find excellent tavernas. In the northwest, two of the three inhabited Diapontia islands, Erikousa and Mathraki, stand out in the endless blue of the sea offering idyllic sunsets. Acharavi is a small town with many amenities such as banks, supermarkets, schools, etc. There are also many taverns, bars and shops. There are doctors, for children and adults and dentists.
