I am present in the area and also available by sms or email. The gardener will also be there who can intervene in whatever is needed (electricity, heating, washing machine, etc.). I will personally hand over the keys to the entrance and the garage.

The neighborhood is very quiet, you will sleep and wake up with the lullaby of the waves! In addition to Oropos and Aghios Apostoli (fresh fish from the boat) at a distance of about 5km is the monastery of the Presentation of the Virgin Mary and the ancient historical Amphiaraio. The distances to Oropos (3.5km) and Aghios Apostoli (6.5km), Chalkida (30km), Athens (50km), port of Piraeus (55km) are good with a private car. From the port of Oropos you can take the ferry to the ancient and historical Eretria opposite.
