Welcome to your private urban villas, two welcoming retreats nestled on a 250m² private land each. The main highlight are the 40m² pools with hydromassage features, offering sea and city views. For our younger guests, there's a charming 10m² children's pool, ensuring hours of fun and delight. With vistas of the pool, the azure sea, and Rethymno Town, the villas perfectly balance elegance and comfort. The indoor living spaces are meticulously designed, creating a smart and casual ambiance for our guests. Every corner of these holiday homes showcases minimalist design & sophisticated decor. The villas accommodate up to 12 guests with five bedrooms each and six bathrooms (Villa I) & five bathrooms (Villa II) , ensuring premium comfort. Ten guests can sleep in real beds & two extra guests are welcome - one can sleep on the Living Room Sofa or in a folding bed that can be placed in the living room area & one more folding bed that can be placed in one of the Bedrooms of the first floor (Villa I) & Attic Bedroom (Villa II) upon request. *The villas enjoy a prime location near Rethymno, nestled in an exclusive complex with two villas. Each villa exudes bespoke elegance, featuring a private pool, extensive facilities, and separate entrances. Although some areas may be partially overlooked, the layout is thoughtfully designed to maintain tranquility, offering an intimate and unique retreat for discerning guests. Climate Resilience Fee A 2,00/night/villa tax (subject to change) isn’t included in booking prices. It must be paid in euros at check-in to your Host.
