This beautifully renovated stone house dates back to 1840. With its rustic and modern design, it combines the old with the new, making it a charming getaway for countryside lovers seeking peace and exploration. Located just 10 meters from the village square, it offers easy access to tourist shops and taverns serving traditional delicacies. At the same time, it provides the guests with privacy, thanks to its backyard garden, which offers a stunning view of the sunrise over Attaviros, the tallest mountain in the Dodecanese region. In the backyard there is a private pool right next to the blooming flowers, this is where you will relax and it will become your favorite vacation spot. Additionally, the house features a sunny flower garden for a lovely afternoon experience. The closest beaches, Kopria Beach (organized) and Amartos Beach (unorganized) with their wild beauty, are 15km and 11km away respectively. The property boasts an open-plan layout with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining and seating area with a sofa bed, a wood-burning stove, air conditioning, and a smart TV.
