The property is brand new, finished in July 2025. Everything inside and out is brand new with any kind of appliances you might need, making your stay here stress free.
We provide a starter supply of essentials to get you through the first few days of your stay. This includes:
Toilet paper (1-2 rolls per bathroom)
Paper towels
Hand soap & dish soap
Trash bags
Basic cleaning supplies
For longer stays, you may need to purchase additional items depending on your needs. There are nearby supermarkets and convenience stores just a few minutes away.
The apartments are built by the family from start to finish. The host is welcoming and at your disposable if you have any questions or need any help.
Near the property you can find Marina Gouvia (the second biggest Marina in Greece) 200 meters away. In addition the bus station is only 50 meters far with the line being from Corfu Town (10 -15 minutes)to Ipsos (15-20 minutes) and backwards. Last but not least you can find amazing tavernas, cafeterias and mini market only 200-300 meters away.
