Antigoni Villa takes prime position in one of Rethymno’s most charming & historic villages, in the picturesque Eleutherna Village. This unique home lays in 400m2 outdoor area and is embellished with a 35m2 private swimming pool (depth ranges from 0,80 to 1,60 meters) & a special children’s pool compartment (1,50x1,50 & 0,50 meters deep). Cleverly repurposed finds and sumptuous furnishings create a calming sensory design throughout. The spacious villa can accommodate up to 12 guests in real beds. In addition, 3 more guests can be accommodated on two of the bedrooms on the ground floor, in three single sofa beds. What’s more, 2 more guests can also be accommodated in two folding beds. The maximum capacity is 17 guests. Pets allowed only with prior notice • Smoking is allowed only outdoors • Pool operates seasonally (end of March - middle of November) • Air-conditioning is included & serves for heating purposes also. Climate Resilience Fee A 2,00/night/villa tax (subject to change) isn’t included in booking prices. It must be paid in euros at check-in to your Host.

Antigoni Villa is located in the picturesque historic Eleutherna village. The surrounding area is quiet, a place where you can relax and feel “away from it all”. The village has one traditional tavern, a few traditional cafes and a mini market. There is a village “Eleutherna” and then the village of Ancient Eleutherna which are a few kilometeres apart. In the nearby Village of Margarites, within just 10 minutes driving, there is a good selection of cafes and traditional tavernas, as well as a mini market. Furthermore, Perama town is located 20 minutes away by car ( approximately within 12 kilometre distance) and offers a variety of shops and daily amenities. Finally Panormo, is a friendly sea side village, approximately 25 minutes away by car and well known for its sandy beaches.
