2nd floor apartment with a spacious & comfortable balcony with a beautiful sea view. The apartment Giannis 2 offers a double bed bedroom with a wardrobe, a bathroom with a toilet, shower and a sink and an open space room with an equipped kitchen, fridge, dining table and living room with a sofa bed and two additional single beds. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, central heating, free wifi and flat tv. Ideal for a family, a couple or a group of friends. Easy access, by car, to the famous beaches of Sithonia.

The coastal village of Metamorfosi is located above a long beach with shallow waters, on a slope with traditional houses. Paths lead to neighboring farms which are famous for their excellent olive oil and honey, which are sold in local grocers. In the center of the village, around the orthodox church of Saint Vasilios, there are bars, bakeries, cafes and pizzerias. Apartment Giannis 2 is located in the teachers' settlement. A quiet and beautiful settlement, 2 kilometres from the center, with holiday homes overlooking the sea.
