The property includes two separate homes, one on top of the other. You'll stay in the lower house, which has a lovely garden, used exclusively by our guests, while we occasionally use the upper house for our vacations. You'll be just 100 meters from the beach, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. Inside the house, there are two spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds that can turn into one double bed. The living room also has a real single bed. The house features two bathrooms: one with a bathtub in the master bedroom and another with a shower in the living room. You'll find a spacious kitchen and dining area for cooking and enjoying meals, along with a cozy living room with a fireplace if you visit during the winter. Outside, there's a beautiful garden with a view of Apollo Beach, exclusively for our guests to enjoy. A few important things to note: - We use a water tank for our water supply, so we recommend buying bottled water for drinking. - The living room has one air conditioner located in the living room, which cools the whole house except for the master bedroom, which has a ceiling fan.
Our family warmly welcomes you to our charming beach house. Depending on when you book your vacation, we may or may not be vacationing in the house above. Regardless, we'll ensure that you have everything you need to make the most of your stay.
Our neighborhood consists of just a few more houses and is conveniently located just a 10-minute drive (7 kilometers) from the village of Porto-Cheli. In Porto-Cheli, you'll find supermarkets, pharmacies, bars, and restaurants to meet your needs. While you can reach Porto-Cheli by bus and boat, having a car is highly recommended to explore the surrounding area fully. From the nearby Kosta, you have various options for transportation, including ferries, boats, and taxi-boats to reach the beautiful islands of Spetses and Hydra. Speed-boats are also available for convenient travel to nearby destinations. Additionally, both Epidavros and Nafplion are just an hour's drive away, making them perfect for a day trip during your stay.
