A unique seafront apartment, just 10 meters away from a magnificent beach with crystal clear waters, in the quiet and secure area of Agios Aimilianos in Porto Heli. The apartment offers 2 comfortable bedrooms, a spacious living area and a large kitchen with all necessary amenities for a care-free vacation. Additionally, there is a large balcony where residents can relax & enjoy the magnificent view towards the sea.
The property is located in the prominent area of Agios Aimilianos, close to the center of Porto Heli and the small port of Kosta which hosts the sea Taxis and Ferry Boats, facilitating 24h transportation to the famous Spetses island.
