Aristotelis Residence is a private holiday villa, located only 200 meters from Petres beach offering beautiful sea and mountain views! The single story villa covers 110m2 and can accommodate 4 guests in beds and up to 5 guests if necessary. The Villa is a perfect holiday destination for families with children or a group of friends. This one storey villa has large windows to take in the views and let light roll through creating the same summer feeling in all areas. The living room features a large sofa, coffee table, a 55” Smart TV, PS5 and a bluetooth speaker. Next to the living room is the dining area with a dining table that seats six guests and a fully equipped kitchen with branded electrical appliances which provides all essentials for a self catered vacation. The outdoor amenities include: - A private, 35 sq.m. swimming pool, 1,50 m depth with a children’s section 0,60 depth. - The pool area is equipped with four sun beds, side tables, a poolside shower and two umbrellas. - Gas BBQ area with outdoor dining area for six guests shaded under a pergola. - Ping Pong Table. - Shisha lounge with two poofs. - Parking space for up to four cars. - Automatic Outdoor lighting. - Utility Room with the washing machine and clothes dryer. - The whole villa is fully fenced and has a gated entrance offering security and full privacy to our guests. Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at 15 euros per night from April to October and 4 euros per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.

Aristotelis Residence is located in Petres with beautiful waters and amazing landscape that will make your holiday unforgettable. The taverna of the owner of the villa, Mimi’s taverna as well as a beach bar on Petres can be reached by foot from the villa. Kavros village is nearby and is the closest area for all the necessary facilities such as shops, mini markets, pharmacies, tavernas, restaurants and bars. Georgioupoli waterfront village is at the end of the long stretch of beach which extends from Episkopi and offers all kinds of shops, sandy beaches and a picturesque small church, reached via a rocky sea path. Other attractive spots near the villa include Kournas Lake, the only natural freshwater lake in Crete, as well as Argiroupoli village, well-known for the small spring waterfalls and the amount of great, traditional taverns under the big trees! Rethymno town is just a short drive away with its beautiful Turkish and Venetian architecture. With a plethora of tavernas and fine dining restaurants, boutiques, cafes, fortress, museums and art culture, Rethymno is not to be missed. As the sun sets over Rethymno town, the atmosphere changes under the twinkling night sky.
