My name is Kostas Vasilakis and I have studied marketing and business management. Already being an owner of two successful villas and co-owner of a well known web development company in Greece, I started to manage other villas in 2012. Property information

Artemisia Residence is a newly renovated two-storey residence, covering 300 sq. m set on 1,500 sq. m plot situated in Aroni Village of Chania and enjoys marvellous sea and mountain vistas. The villa is ideally located in the prefecture of Chania with easy access to shops and many beaches in the area as well as being a short drive to Chania town. The five bedroom villa provides the amenities for a self catered holiday and can comfortably accommodate 10 guests in beds. The two additional guests can be accommodated in a rollaway bed and a sofa bed. -Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at 15 euros per night from April to October and 4 euros per night from November to March, payable upon check in.

Neighbourhood information

Artemisia Residence is located in Akrotiri peninsula, around 9,5 km north east of Chania town. The surrounding area is a quiet, natural environment ideal for relaxation but also very close to all kinds of supplies shops, restaurants and various services. The closest living area is the village of Kounipidiana where you can find bakeries, supermarkets and restaurants with traditional Cretan food and it is located only 4 km away.
