We are a family owned company - we are Artemis & Ben - and have decided a few years ago to establish our business in our dream destination. Our philosophy is to offer guests a break from it all in a stunning location whilst doing our upmost to ensure that we are in harmony with nature. Protecting the environment by reducing our carbon footprint is essential. Our green initiatives take you a step closer to eco-friendlier living whilst you're on vacation. We like to give our guests space and privacy. However, we are based in Nikiti itself and therefore available at any time for questions or to help with trips, excursions and anything you need to make your stay more memorable.

ArtHill eco villas is a complex of 5 private & self catering villas set on the hillside of Nikiti in Sithonia, Chalkidiki. Beautiful villas with a minimalist design and use of natural materials such as stone, wood and earth tones. The villa's interior opens to panoramic views of Nikiti and the Aegean Sea. On the ground floor there is a relaxing sitting area with a comfy couche and a handcrafted fully equipped kitchen. Downstairs there is a spacious double bedroom with views of the sea and and full bathroom with rainfall shower. Upstairs on the first floor is the second double bedroom, complete with working space and its own ensuite. Outside enjoy your own private terrace with seating area, pergola and your own plunge swimming pool. The overall feel is cozy and warmth - the way most people want to feel when they think of home.

Nikiti consists of two parts. The lower part near the sea where there are mainly summer houses and maisonettes. The newly renovated pedestrian area has many restaurants for fish, meat, pizza or fast food, all right by the sea! The landscape in the upper & older part is different and more graphic. Many houses have been recently renovated, keeping the traditional architecture of Chalkidiki, and the nice slate streets make the place ideal for quiet walks. There is also a nice bar and restaurant. The two parts of Nikiti are separated by the main road that connects Thessaloniki with Chalkidiki. On this main road you will find large supermarkets, bakeries and many other shops, including pharmacies, ATMs, etc. Nikiti belongs to the second "leg" of Chalkidiki called Sithonia. It is a place full of beautiful beaches, crystal clear water and beautiful landscapes.
