A unique property in a newly-built condo, fully-equipped with ultra-modern and quality amenities, located in a quiet residential area within walking distance from the city centre! Free private parking and barbecue included! IMPORTANT: All our guests enter the property exclusively with self check-in.

Neighbourhood information

Assos Aqua Apartment is part of a newly-built condominium located in Pateles, a residential area close to the city centre of Heraklion. The neighbourhood is quiet, but has all the necessary facilities (super markets, pharmacies, local eateries, even the famous open-air market every Thursday and Saturday). You can reach the following destinations on foot: -Eleftherias Square (20 minutes on foot). One of the city centre's main squares; you can catch an urban bus to the airport or Heraklion's nearby beaches. -Lions Square (24 minutes on foot). The heart of the city centre; it is where the famous Venetian fountain and Heraklion's landmark is. - Koule Fortress (30 minutes on foot). The old Venetian fortress still stands at the entrance of the old port of Heraklion. Do it locals-style: take a walk along the pier during sunset!
