A newly renovated apartment in modern style, fully furnished and equipped with everything you need to have an enjoyable and pleasant time during your stay in Athens. It is situated next to the sea as well as next to a big park which hosts many events throughout the whole year. Right next to the apartment is the Stavros Niarhos Cultural foundation a fresh built park with activities, a national opera and a library. In addition there is a wine bar/ all day coffee and restaurant "WAREHOUSE edge" right below the apartment and AT.thea guests will enjoy a 20% discount on warehouse price list. Of course there are many other taverns and coffee shops within reach of the apartments.

Neighbourhood information

The apartment is located in a prime position if you'd like a base from where you are able to visit all the popular locations of Athens. There are buses and trams heading to the center of the city (about 20 minutes away), as well as to many metro stations. In addition, the NIarhos Foundation offers a shuttle bus free of charge for its visitors with Syntagma being its final destination.
