Avra Sun Apartment is located directly at Memi beach in Kiotari, a natural unspoilt and quiet bay. It has a lovely undisturbed view of the Aegean blue sea and it's ideal for a relaxing holiday. The apartment itself is on the first floor directly above Avra Deluxe Apartment and is completely newly renovated, with a lot of care and attention to detail. The forest fire in July of 2023 has affected our beautiful island. Thankfully these difficulty times are behind us and we take joy in seeing nature coming back to life and regenerating!

About 400 meters from the apartment you will find restaurants and tavernas right by the sea. There are 3 supermarkets within 3-5 minutes by car. In about 1 km you will find the tourist centre with shops, cafes, bars, a pharmacy and health centre. At the village of Asklipion nearby (3,5 km) there is a folclore museum, an ancient castle and the ancient Byzantine church of the Virgin Mary, that celebrates on the 15th of August with a big festival. About 17 km away you will find the village of Lindos with the Acropolis and the white traditional houses. At the southern end of the island about 30km away you will find Prasonisi, the surfers paradise. Kiotari is the ideal place for you to explore the southern part of the island, and enjoy a variety of expiriences.
