Avra View is located directly at Memi beach in Kiotari, a natural unspoilt and quiet bay. It has a lovely undisturbed view of the Aegean blue sea and it's ideal for a relaxing holiday.
The apartment itself is on the first floor directly above Avra Deluxe Apartment and next to Avra Sun Apartment. It is completely newly renovated, with a lot of care and attention to detail.
The apartment consists of a spacious kitchen/living room area with a sofa that opens to accomodate two people for sleeping, dining table and a 40inch smart TV. You will enjoy the big bedroom with a lovely sea view. There is a bathroom with shower and a balcony with outdoor furniture where you can enjoy the view and relax.
The forest fire in July of 2023 has affected our beautiful island.
Thankfully these difficulty times are behind us and we take joy in seeing nature coming back to life and regenerating!
