The settlement is built in the traditional style of Halkidiki houses, surrounded by trees, flowers, separate gardens, and a beautiful lawn. Within the settlement, there are sidewalks for pedestrians, and no cars or motorcycles are allowed to enter, except for the two marginal side roads leading from the main road to the beach. Thus, it represents the ideal holiday' place for people of all ages, assuring particularly for the children a safe and totally “green" entertainment.

I studied computer science and have multi-disciplinary interests. Hosting for me is sharing my culture and hospitality with a person or a family that I might never have met before. This has always been something unique for me and my close ones since I was a kid. Looking forward to hosting anyone willing to sense the best of what Greece has to offer at a magnificent settlement like this and experience firsthand the Greek hospitality!

The village's settlement has a “private" supermarket (located 100 meters from the house) and various sports facilities, including soccer, basketball, and tennis courts, as well as a swimming pool (open only during peak season). In the surrounding area, there are other supermarkets and beach restaurants. Closer to 3 km, the village of Gerakini offers a variety of shops and entertainment venues.
