Property information

Idyllic, 140sq.m.,3 bedroom beachfront villa, with unrestricted seaview from all rooms. The villa offers privacy (no houses in view), vast verandas, bbq, immense garden, spacious fully-equipped kitchen, air conditioning in the bedrooms, fireplace, solar water-heating system and private staircase to the beach. Ideal for group of friends or families with kids, to relax , enjoy sea & family-friendly activities nearby. Family pets are welcome. The villa is located on a private plot of land with direct access to the beach in front of the house. The villa is a private 2 storey villa, fully equipped to welcome guests for long stay. The ground floor consists of an open plan kitchen, 1 WC, dining & living space opening to vast covered verandas with seaview . The 4 comfy sofas in the living area can turn into single beds, to accommodate extra guests. Stairs lead to the upper floor, where the 3 bedrooms (with a double bed each) are located. Each bedroom has AC as well as ceiling fans and balcony with seaview. One spacious bathroom with shower is located next to the bedrooms. The villa is located next to Tripiti. Tripiti is a small hamlet nearby, offering all amenities guests may need (supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, tavern etc). It is the port to ferries towards the small island of Ammouliani (20' by boat), famous for its golden beaches. Ouranoupoli -the entry place for exploring Mount Athos/Agion Oros monasteries is 10' drive from the villa
