Air conditioning in living room and both bedrooms. Whole apartment stays cool.
Additional charge for additional child over 5 people - 10 EURO per night
We do not issue invoices as we are not a hotel.
As of January 1, 2025, there is an extra environment (lodging) fee charged to the guest - 2.00 euro for November 1 - March 31; and 8.00 euro for April 1 - October 31.
