Spacious studio on the first floor of a traditional stone house located in the center of Afytos the most beautiful village of Halkidiki, in short walking distance from restaurants, bars, cafes, shops, pharmacy, two beautiful beaches with all facilities and the spacious "rock" promenade with unique sea view and many tavernas and bars. However, it is very quiet due to it's thick stone walls and the soundproof windows. The nice decorated studio includes everything you need for a comfort stay
I am doctor of medicine and I am working for the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki as Associate professor of Urology in "G Gennimatas" general hospital of Thessaloniki. I am married and I have a daughter. We love traveling a lot and so through the experience from our trips I can understand very well the expectations and the needs of the guests to feel safe and comfortable as they are at home. So as a host I will at least try to provide them everything to have a great vacation.
Afytos is the most beautiful and traditional village of Halkidiki. It keeps the architectural style and the color of the old village. Most of the houses are detached with wonderful yards full of flowers. The streets are covered by traditional stones. A unique stone church lies in the heart of the village. Our house is located in the heart of the village, just 50m from the church. Τhe spacious "rock" promenade offers unique view to the sea and the mountains across the second and the third peninsula of Halkidiki. Many traditional or modern restaurants and fish taverns with excellent Greek food are around the center of the village and on the "rock" way. Also bars, cafe shops, fast food shops, ice cream and traditional sweets shops will satisfy your appetite. Two unique beaches with all facilities are in a short walking distance from the house. A pharmacy and two taverns are right opposite our yard. The closest well equipped public primary health care units are in Kassandria and in Nea Moudania, which are about 15 and 25 minutes by car respectively. Kallithea village with many big and great nightclubs for dancing is only 4Km far and you can go there by car, motorbike or taxi by night
