Τhe accommodation is located literally on the beach of the beautiful bay of Agia Pelagia, 60m from the center. It is new, romantic, cozy, and can accommodate up to 4 people.The 70 m² interior is combined with the 60 m² veranda pergola . Ηas a large fully equipped, kitchen, 1 W.C, bathroom, living room, dining room, a second sitting-dining room in the outdoor, and a Cycladic Architecture private bar also in the outdoor. The privileged location, the unobstructed vew, the sound of the sea,the decoration, the romantic lighting,the attention to detail, the aura of the space, make the stay in <By the Sea> a unique experience, and that's what I wish my guests to have
Hello my name is Efi I was born in Heraklion but in recent years I have been living more and more in Agia Pelagia, because the sea and the open horizon. I am interested in aesthetics, quality, creativity, kindness, simplicity. I love dancing, music, cinema, reading, swimming,myxology ( i was disigner and owner of a cocktail bar), i love good food and drink with good company, what ancient Greeks called Symposium. I think that is very important, interesting and pleasant to be in touch with other cultures. I believe in what we call art of life, I know how difficult it is, but i wish and i try your stay in <By the Sea> to offer you a little of this feeling
Τhe neighborhood is the houses, the shops, the supermarkets, the taverns of Agia Pelagia, which is a bay with tranquil clear waters, with many visitors in the summer because of its beauty. It was the ancient Apollonia, in the Minoan times, and a great port of the Romans The length of the central beach where the accommodation is located is 500m, so everything is close . In the surrounding area there are also many beautiful beaches that can be walked by. Ιs in the middle of Crete, so very close to Heraklion, and to other places of archaeological and travel interest. In Agia Pelagia you can find water sports, a diving club, hiking trails, rent boats, rent cars, turist offices. But what makes this neighborhood so special, is the positive aura of the place, the natural beauty, the absence of cars, the fact that the house is on the sea, all day you can be with the swimsuit and in the evening you sleep with the sound of the sea.
