The current rates are configured as: 6 guests will be using 3 bedrooms located at the first floor. 7 guests will be using 3 bedrooms located at the first floor, in one room there will be an extra bed. 8 guests will be using 4 bedrooms, three located at the first floor and one at ground floor. 9 guests will be using 4 bedrooms, three located at the first floor and one at ground floor. In one room on the second floor there will be an extra bed. The villa's ground floor used to be a bar in the past, now its renovated for guests but still have the mediterranean sea decoration theme with a big terrace and balconies for relaxation.. The guests use the entire first floor and ground floor. My mother lives at the villa on the 2nd floor and requires to use the stairs inside the villa to get there, since the property have only one internal staircase but we will not get in your way. We are currently renovating the villa and adding the new room for guests on the ground floor. This increases the number of adults that can stay at the villa to 8, or 9 if you request for an extra bed in one of the rooms. Children that use existing beds (sleeping in a double bed with their parents) can stay free of charge. The villa's location is near Asprovalta village, less than 10' on foot, in front of the beach. Its a very beautiful and quiet neighborhood with singing birds and many flowers and trees. The stunning beach in front of the property has golden thin sand and is a many times winner of the european blue flags for its water quality. Near the villa there are two organised beach bars which offer snacks and drinks with sunbeds and sun umbrella's free of charge when you buy a drink.
