The house was thoughtfully renovated in 2020 and decorated according to my personal style. It's designed to accommodate four couples, eight friends, a family, or four to eight individuals seeking private rooms. The property features three bedrooms and an additional curtained room in the living area. The first bedroom includes a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) and a baby cot, the second has a double bed (1.40 x 2.00 m), and the third offers a large single bed (1.10 x 2.00 m). The fourth bedroom, located in the living room and separated by a curtain, features a semi-double bed (1.20 x 2.00 m) and can function as a completely independent space with its own door. The first three bedrooms each have their own door and overlook the garden. The garden is a delightful space where you can enjoy breakfast, relax, and stargaze at night. At the entrance, you'll find a spacious living room with two sofas (one double and one triple), a convertible sofa that can accommodate one or two people, a coffee table, a fireplace (not in use), and a large TV with Netflix. Adjacent to the living room is a large dining room with a spacious table for eight, a buffet, and a large mirror. In the same area, you'll find a modern, fully equipped kitchen (including filter coffee and a Delonghi Nespresso machine) with a dining table. The house also has high-speed internet (35/3 Mbps) and a large TV. There are three air conditioning units, two in the two double bedrooms and another in the living room. Fan is provided in the single bedroom. A washer/dryer and an ironing board with an iron ensure that you'll always have your favorite clothes ready for any occasion. You can also access the garden from the three bedrooms, where you can relax, enjoy a delicious breakfast under the morning sun, or have a romantic dinner. This is a place you won't want to miss!

There is a big supermarket, a fruit store, two pharmacies, restaurants (tavernas), shops and everything you need close to the house Few meters away from my house you have a main bus stop that can bring you in all parts of town as well as the airport. The main bus station and the port are 500m walk.
