Quiet, newly built detached house on the hill, with an amazing view to the sea. Ideally located, close to exotic beaches. It has two bedrooms, each with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room with a sofa bed and fireplace, a bathroom and a utility room with a washing machine. Enjoy your dinner on the comfortable terrace and admire the sunset.
In our detached house, a fully equipped country house, which is located in a quiet neighborhood on the hill, with a terrace that has a unique view of the bay of Kissamos. At a very close distance are the organized beaches of Nopigia (3.5 km) and Drapania (6 km). It is also close to the exotic beach of Balos and Falasairna (23 km). It is still on the road that leads to Elafonissi beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in the world and one of the most enchanting in Crete, designated as a landscape of special natural beauty and a Natura area, with deep blue waters and pink sand. The road to Kolymbari, Platanias and the city of Chania is one of the best and safest in Crete, which is why you are in the old town of Chania in just half an hour. The residence is ideally located to easily enjoy the most beautiful locations of Chania.
