Totally renovated in 2025, the house contains 2 apartments with 1 bedroom each and a common area living room - kitchen, and bathroom with shower, fully equipped with everything necessary to have a perfect vacation. Superb views of the sea, the bay of Paleokastritsa and the mountain on which this traditional village, Unesco heritage, is built. As a bonus, the apartment on the ground floor, Carmen's Apartment ground floor with terrace - Lakones, has a small garden - terrace that has the beneficial shade of a gigantic avocado tree and a corner view of the sea. The upstairs apartment, Carmen's Apartment 1st floor Sea View - Lakones has balconies and access to the roof terrace with a 360 degree view of the sea. The apartments were totally renovated in 2025 with a cozy and comfortable vibes.

We are a family of Romanians who love Greece and have spent the last 10 years visiting it several times a year. In Corfu, however, I feel at home and all my energy is reborn once I stepped on this magical island. I chose Corfu for its beauty and tranquility and I would like to share with my guests the extraordinary experience I have when living on the island.

The house is located in a well-known place blessed by the superb view but also by the presence of all facilities with direct pedestrian access: restaurants, supermarket, cafe and bakery. In front of the house passes the tracking path to the beaches of Paleokastritsa, which can be found an hour's walk or 8 minutes away by car. The view offered by the village is among the top 10 places in Europe for beauty - La Bella Vista. Paleokastritsa is the most famous tourist resort in Corfu, with 3 beautiful beaches where you can practice water sports, snorkeling or rent pleasure boats and scooters. Also here is the Aquarium of Corfu, a point of attraction for the little ones, and numerous taverns with Greek marine characteristics and souvenir shops.
