Welcome to our recently renovated modern apartment -steps from Fleming Metro and a 5-min walk to Thessaloniki’s waterfront. Ideal for up to 6 guests. Located in a safe area with supermarkets, bakeries, cafés & bars nearby. Apartment Features: * Two bright and cozy bedrooms - each has a bed with fresh linens and wardrobe storage. Bed sizes : 160/200 & 140/200. Available sofa bed (size 195/135). *Fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso machine (coffee is on us). Includes all cookware and utensils needed in order to prepare a full home-style meal. *Bathroom - walk-in shower, fresh towels, toiletries and a hairdryer. *Living room - bright space with sofa, TV and dining area. *Three Balconies, where you can catch some air or enjoy your morning coffee. *Entrance area - wardrobe for coats and shoes. Guest access Guests have access to the entire space except for the small storage room that is located between the bathroom and the bedroom, where I keep the appliances. Other things to note ***PARKING*** Parking on the street is free in that area, however sometimes it is difficult to find a parking space. On the other hand there are multiple paid parking lots that accept vehicles for a short/long period. If you would rather use a paid parking lot, please do not hesitate to contact me and I will provide you with further information. ***SECURITY CAMERA DISCLOSURE*** For the safety of our guests and the property, please note that there is one exterior security camera installed on the balcony. The camera is facing only the key lock box area used for self check in and does not record any indoor spaces or private areas. It is solely there to monitor the check in process and ensure the security of the key exchange.
