Studio 37m2 with private entrance and private balcony/terrace 25m2, with excellent 360o view of Attika/Athens and suitable for sunbath. The property is located at Northern nice suburbs of Athens, in a beautiful lush and peaceful area. The studio is in the roof of a four storey building, having a big garden around, (go up 3 floors by lift and the last one via wooden stairs). It is fully furnished with all necessaries furniture and equipment, making your stay comfortable enough. Separate bath room with shower, hair drier and hot water, all the time. The main room have a double bed, big wardrobes, desk for home work, flat tv , internet, wi-fi {enabled from 8ap to 11 pm}, laundry machine, iron for ironing, Air condition, Natural Gas for heating, Small kichen , microwaves, refrigerator, coffee machine and free coffee & tea.
Our desire is to give to our clients, always the best possible service, during the period of their stay. All neccessary information ie: internet, wi-fi, TV entertaiment and apartment's details, will be available to our guests, immediately. Guests can arrive to the appartment by their own means or by taking metro (Doukissis Plakentias station) or suburban railway (Penteli station). The mentioned stations are the stops they have get off and then take buses (outside the stations) that will lead them to the appartment. In this case, it 's better to get in touch for further details in advance.
In a distance aprox 350 mtr there are bus stops to reach you at metro station and then to the centre down town Athens and/or to othe directions around and/or dropped you at big Malls located outside of metro stations as well. The area is pine and beautiful for walking. at a distance approx 2 kms is one of the oldest Monastery in Athens, built at 13th century and across to this monastery is the hill of Athens Observatory. Locally, in approx 800 mtr there are many shops, restaurants, taverns, coffee shops, Super markets etc.
